Description

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

16 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 3.4 ounce box instant pistachio pudding mix

3/4 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/4 cups cold heavy whipping cream

1/3 cup chopped pistachios

1 cup whipped cream, for topping


Instructions

1. Stir together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until the crumbs are evenly coated.

2. Press the crust mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and refrigerate while you make the filling.

3. Beat the softened cream cheese in a large bowl until completely smooth.
