24 frozen dumplings

1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon sriracha or chili garlic sauce
3 to 5 tablespoons warm water
2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 small red chili, thinly sliced optional
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Arrange the frozen dumplings in a single layer on the baking sheet with a little space between each one.
3. Brush or drizzle the dumplings with sesame oil.
4. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until golden and heated through.
5. While the dumplings bake, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sriracha, and warm water until smooth.
6. Add more warm water a little at a time if needed until the sauce is creamy and pourable.
