Ingredients
2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
10 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix, 3.4 ounces
1 1/2 cups cold milk
12 ounces whipped topping, divided
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 tablespoons heavy cream
1/3 cup caramel sauce
1/2 cup crushed peanut butter cookies or chopped peanut butter cups
Instructions
1. Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl until fully combined.
2. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish and chill for 15 minutes.
3. Beat the softened cream cheese, creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
4. Fold 4 ounces of whipped topping into the peanut butter mixture, then spread it evenly over the chilled crust.
5. In another bowl, whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix with the cold milk until thickened, then let it stand for 2 to 3 minutes.
6. Fold 4 ounces of whipped topping into the pudding mixture and spread it over the peanut butter layer.
7. Spread the remaining 4 ounces of whipped topping over the top in an even layer.
8. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips with the heavy cream until smooth, then drizzle over the dessert.
9. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the chocolate and sprinkle with crushed peanut butter cookies or chopped peanut butter cups.
10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use full-fat cream cheese for the richest texture and best layer stability.
Chill the dessert overnight if you want the cleanest, sharpest slices.
For extra crunch, add some of the crushed candy or cookies between the layers as well as on top.
