Ingredients
10 cups popped popcorn
5 cups mini marshmallows
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup mini candy-coated chocolates
1/2 cup white melting chocolate
Instructions
1. Grease a bundt pan or tube pan well with nonstick spray or butter.
2. Place the popped popcorn in a large mixing bowl and remove any unpopped kernels.
3. In a large pot over low heat, melt the butter.
4. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
5. Stir in the vanilla extract.
6. Pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and gently fold until coated.
7. Let the mixture cool for 1 to 2 minutes.
8. Fold in the mini chocolate chips and mini candy-coated chocolates.
9. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press lightly to shape it.
10. Let it set at room temperature for 30 to 45 minutes.
11. Turn the cake out onto a serving plate.
12. Melt the white melting chocolate and drizzle it over the top.
13. Let the drizzle set slightly, then slice and serve.
Notes
Use freshly popped popcorn for the best texture and flavor.
Let the marshmallow mixture cool slightly before adding chocolate chips so they do not melt too much.
Do not pack the mixture too tightly into the pan or the cake can become too dense.
