Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each, preferably skin-on)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and soy sauce until smooth.
- Preheat oven to 400°F or heat grill to medium-high.
- Pat salmon dry, then brush with olive oil.
- Spoon glaze over each fillet and let rest at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or grill for 6-7 minutes per side, until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Let rest briefly, then garnish with parsley and serve.
