Ingredients
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 ounces)
1 can crushed pineapple with juice (20 ounces)
1 container whipped topping, thawed (8 ounces)
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup pastel candy-coated chocolate eggs
2 tablespoons pastel sprinkles
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the instant vanilla pudding mix and crushed pineapple with its juice until the mixture is well combined and slightly thickened.
2. Fold in the whipped topping gently until the mixture becomes smooth, creamy, and fluffy.
3. Add the mini marshmallows and most of the shredded coconut, then fold gently to combine.
4. Spoon the fluff into a serving bowl and top with the remaining coconut, pastel candy eggs, and sprinkles.
5. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving for an even cooler and slightly thicker texture.
Notes
Fold gently to keep the texture light and airy.
Add the candy eggs just before serving so they stay colorful and crisp.
Chill for a short time if you want a firmer, more scoopable dessert.
